Graduate Engineering Trainee
to join our manufacturing team.

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, the candidate will undergo comprehensive training and development in production. The candidate will gain hands-on experience and be prepared for future supervisory roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo training in manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and plant safety protocols.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing production performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records of production data.
  • Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Rotate across different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/training experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local Candidate will be preferred.
