Job Title: Deputy General Manager TPM

Function: Program Management

Location: Hubli

Job Summary:

Lead the TPM function, driving result oriented cross functional team to ensure seamless process development with strong technical acumen in Manufacturing Process. Act as the primary interface for MDEs and internal Manufacturing Engineers. Achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Program management, with the ability to lead cross functional teams and coordinate diverse teams and external customers
  • Establish Robust Manufacturing process, understanding of manufacturing equipment and qualification-manual, semi-automatic and automatic equipment
  • Manage and lead a team of TPEs ( Technical Project Engineers) to ensure day to day performance, capability development, and results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (supply chain, production, engineering, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare DFM for the existing and new RFQs with efficient work flows
  • Drive yield improvements with sustained results
  • Review engineering documents like SOPs, WIs and Process Control charts

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in NPD, Project Transfer & Technical Program Management
  • BE or BTech qualification in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
  • Proven success in designing and developing Manufacturing Process

  • Expertise in Process Development and Continuous Improvement
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office,
