AI Automation Engineer
who can design, build, and deploy
AI agents, automation workflows, and internal systems
across both products.

This is a
pure individual contributor role
for someone who loves building, automating, experimenting, and solving problems using AI + Automation.

What You Will Build

You will create high-impact automation across:

Airawath

  • AI agents for gift recommendation tuning
  • Auto-classification & tagging for e-invitation templates
  • AI-driven content engines (blogs, suggestions, personalization)
  • Prompt-to-design automation for templates workflows)
  • Internal AI bot to automate product ops
  • Automated ranking QA systems
  • Notification & workflow triggers (Bands, Nvite, reminders)

Analytic Era (US IT Services)

  • Resume screening agents
  • Automated JD matching
  • CRM/ATS automations
  • Email → Slack → Workflow pipelines
  • Timesheet verifications, client invoicing logic
  • Document automation (MSA, PO, WO drafts)
  • HR & Operations automations (India + US workflows)

You will work directly with founders and engineering to build
zero-to-one automations and intelligent agents.

  • n8n (preferred)
  • / Zapier (advanced)
  • Webhooks, triggers, conditional flows
  • Multi-branch workflow design

AI / LLM Tools

  • OpenAI / Anthropic / Google Opal
  • LangChain / LangGraph
  • Agents with memory & context
  • RAG / vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
  • Prompt engineering & model orchestration

Programming

  • Python scripting
  • JavaScript basics
  • Building API wrappers / serverless functions
  • Data transformation (JSON, CSV, structured formats)

Integrations & Infra

  • REST APIs
  • Authentication flows
  • Slack / Notion integrations
  • File automation
  • Workflow debugging


Bonus Skills (Accelerators)

  • Experience with internal tool builders (Retool/Appsmith)

Compensation

Full-time (3–6 years)

Salary:
₹10,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum
