JOB TITLE: Lab & Development Executive

LOCATION: Vadodara, Gujarat.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Metallurgy/BSC/MSC Chemistry/Applied Chemistry)
• Freshers can apply but Prior 0-1 Year experience also be welcomed.

• Clear understanding of basic unit conversions.

• Adept in MS OFFICE tools (most importantly word, excel and ppt).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Testing sintering and other thermal properties of different inorganic ceramic raw materials (kaolin's, feldspars, alumina, wollastonite, zirconium silicate, etc) and their composites.
• Testing and development of ceramic frits (glossy, matt, transparent, opaque, etc.) with different characteristics.
• Formulation of ceramic glazes with different aesthetic and functional properties.
• Explore robustness of different inorganic raw materials to optimize quality and cost of final products.
• Documentation, analysis and interpretation of data from different tests and trials and prepare action plans for future.
• Manage all tests and development trials in the lab along with timely reports.
• Based on individuals specific skillset more responsibilities will be assigned in future.
