Overview

We are hiring Documentation Interns to support the creation, organization, and standardization of IT and operational documentation across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in building a strong foundation in IT processes and system documentation. You will work closely with senior team members who will guide and mentor you throughout the internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documents, and policy manuals.

  • Create organizational charts, system architecture diagrams, and workflow visuals.

  • Write and update Knowledge Base (KB) articles for internal teams.

  • Document of SLAs, operational procedures, and support workflows.

  • Gather information from technical teams and convert it into structureddocumentation.

  • Maintain consistency in document formatting, structure, and standards.

  • Assist in periodic reviews and updates of existing documents.

  • Support cross-functional teams in documenting business and technical processes.

Requirements

  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Good written communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to simplify technical information into clear documentation.

  • Comfortable working night shifts.

  • Basic IT understanding is an advantage (not mandatory).

  • Familiarity with MS Office and diagramming tools (Visio, , etc.) is a plus.

  • Proactive and open to taking feedback and guidance.
