What is the role of the Medical Team?

At Clinikk, the Medical team is charged with ensuring the quality of care and implementation of care protocols. Our goal is to use upcoming technologies in medical science to create protocol based, standardized care thereby improving the accessibility, affordability and quality of medical care.

We engage with our subscribers using physical consultations & telemedicine in our clinics.

We also work closely with product, design & engineering teams to build the core technology to assist in diagnostic evaluation, implementation of protocol based treatment, screenings, chronic disease care and creating medical awareness in the community.

● We are seeking MBBS-qualified doctors who are currently based in Bangalore or open to relocating. Job location is HSR Layout

● Minimum 1+ years of experience in clinical practice.

● Ability to communicate in multiple languages (Hindi / Kannada / English / Telugu / Tamil). Conversational Kannada is essential.

● Valid MCI or State Medical Council registration is mandatory.

● Comfortable working in a split shift: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent listening ability and patient-centric approach.

● Demonstrated empathy and commitment to high-quality patient care.

● Dedicated to ensuring patient safety and maintaining healthcare standards.

Role & Responsibilities

● Provide in-person clinical consultations and teleconsultations at our primary health centre in Bangalore.

● Conduct diagnosis, treatment, counselling, and referrals in line with standard management protocols and guidelines.

● Evaluate patients and offer appropriate medical care for a wide range of conditions and injuries.

● Clearly explain procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plans to patients.

● Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and impartiality.

● Accurately document medical history, examination findings, investigation results, and treatment details as per company policies.

● Stay updated with the latest medical practices, treatments, and advancements.

● Conduct and document all patient interactions including evaluations, prescriptions, and follow-ups.

● Provide patient support through online e-consultation channels (voice / video / chat), in addition to physical consultations.

● Participate in organizing health camps at community and corporate locations when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
