Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports

to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.

  1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and

collections.

  1. Visiting Banks for depositing cheques and other banking needs.

  2. Reconcile bank statements, Payment Gateway Statements, and

monitor cash flow.

  1. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

  2. Maintain the general ledger and oversee month-end and year-end

closing processes.

  1. Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax

regulations.

  1. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and

explanations.

  1. Implement and maintain internal financial controls and

procedures.

  1. Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and

opportunities for cost savings.

  1. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights

and support decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial

role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft

Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in Accounting.

  • Experience with tax preparation and compliance.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and advanced financial reporting tools.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, office-based work environment.

  • May require occasional overtime during peak periods (e.g., fiscal year-end,

admission period, audits).

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Auditors.

  • May supervise: Junior accountants or accounting assistants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,084.55 per month
