The Client

A fast-growing, ARAI-certified lithium battery manufacturing organization (based in Noida), specialize in designing and producing
high-quality lithium battery solutions for 2W, 3W, 4W, L3, L5, Tractors, ESS/BESS, Commercial & Solar applications.
With 250+ employees and a strong 300 CR turnover, it is rapidly expanding its operations and service network across India.

Role Summary

Looking for a Service Manager to lead its service center operations, ensure smooth workflows, manage the service team, and maintain high-quality support for
lithium battery products
.

Key Responsibilities


• Ensure smooth functioning of the service center and design efficient workflows.


• Achieve monthly targets for repaired batteries as defined by management.


• Maintain and improve Turn Around Time (TAT) for service operations.



Reduce failure rates in the field of post-repair (TRC).


• Manage inventory, spare parts, tools, equipment, and service facilities.


•Lead, train, and manage the service team, ensuring skill development and accountability.


• Implement workflow processes and SOPs across the service center.


• Coordinate with Design, Testing, and Production teams for issue resolution.


• Handle c
ustomer complaints and ensure high service quality (CSI/NPS).

Qualifications

  • B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical (preferred).
  • 10 years' experience in battery/EV/power electronics service roles.
  • Strong understanding of lithium-ion batteries and BMS.
  • Must h
    ave managed a large team of 50 plus Service Technicians
  • Ability to manage PAN India OEM and large retail format store's grievances around post sales quality and customer service.

Compensation - Max 14 Lacs

Notice Period - Max One Month
