Overview:

The Job Insights Dashboard Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving dashboards that provide insights into job market trends, employee performance, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics. This role supports HR, recruitment, and business leadership teams by delivering data-driven insights that guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio

Collect, clean, and analyze job-related data such as hiring trends, job postings, attrition rates, and employee engagement

Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to understand reporting needs and KPIs

Provide regular and ad-hoc reports with insights and recommendations

Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely updates of all dashboards

Automate manual reporting processes where possible

Present data insights in a simplified, visual format for easy understanding by stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in data analytics or HR analytics (freshers with project experience can apply)

Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
