1. Student Counseling & Consultation

  • Interact with prospective students or working professionals to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and skill gaps.
  • Counsel them on suitable technology programs based on their interests and background.

2. Product Presentation & Sales Conversion

  • Present and explain the features, benefits, and outcomes of technical courses or certifications.
  • Guide prospects through the admission/enrollment process and address their queries about course structure, learning support , etc.
  • Achieve monthly targets .
  • Follow up promptly with potential students to nurture interest and build trust.

3. Relationship Building & Retention

  • Develop long-term relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Coordinate with academic teams to resolve student concerns and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Gather feedback to improve sales pitch and counseling quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in EdTech, online learning platforms, and emerging tech domains.
