We are expanding our digital team and seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with a strong technical and analytical mindset to strengthen our online visibility and organic growth.

Position Overview

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies across multiple websites and business units. This role requires expertise in technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, analytics, and content collaboration. The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of proven SEO experience in a corporate or agency setting.

Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
  • Create SEO roadmaps and optimize website architecture for better search visibility.

2. On-Page Optimization

  • Optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, and website content.
  • Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, and overall UX.
  • Ensure SEO best practices across all landing pages and content assets.

3. Off-Page & Link Building

  • Develop and manage white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Conduct outreach for backlinks, collaborations, and content placements.
  • Monitor and maintain backlink quality; identify and disavow toxic links.

4. Technical SEO

  • Perform regular technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and GSC.
  • Identify and fix crawl issues, indexing problems, broken links, and duplicate content.
  • Implement schema markup and structured data for improved SERP performance.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical improvements.

5. Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with content writers to ensure SEO-aligned content creation.
  • Provide keyword clusters, content outlines, and optimization guidelines.
  • Review and improve existing content based on performance metrics.

6. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and CTR using GA, GSC, and SEO tools.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and present improvements to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment).
  • Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and organic search trends.
  • Proficient with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and technical optimization fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
