Software Engineer – Generative AI

Are you ready to build the future of AI?

Join Solventum's Gen-AI Solutions team and help design and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI systems for strategic global customers. We're looking for a seasoned Software Engineer to lead the development of scalable, high-performance Gen AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and the latest ML frameworks.

What You'll Do
Architect and deploy Gen AI systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, VectorStores, MLFlow, and more.

Optimize model performance and scalability with advanced prompt engineering and fine-tuning.

Configure OpenSearch clusters and ingestion pipelines for knowledge retrieval.

Collaborate with scientists, PMs, and customer ML teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.

Evangelize Gen AI capabilities through conferences, showcases, and reusable solution patterns.

What You Bring
10+ years in software/ML engineering with deep Python expertise.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, OpenSearch, Vector DBs, and cloud platforms.

Familiarity with KServe, Triton, DeepSpeed, and multimodal modeling is a plus.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams.
