POSITION: Asst.Manager Purchase

Job Description

  • Manage the entire procurement cycle, including sourcing and negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Vendor negotiation- Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze data, Comparison sheet and pricing analyses, forecast trends and make decisions
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers and material vendors based on quality, price, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers, to ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, market survey specifically in the real estate sector, to source materials cost-effectively.
  • Prepare and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and organizational standards.
  • Preparation of Work Order & Purchase order as per requirement
  • Maintain proper Indent & delivery schedule tracking

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: - Min. 5 Years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the Construction, Engineering & Real Estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the market, including vendor relationships, market pricing, and available suppliers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
