• ead habitat loss/gain calculations, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments, and ecological impact evaluations.

• rive the use of digital tools (e.g., GIS, remote sensing, data visualization) to enhance ecological deliverables.

• versee the development of habitat mitigation and compensation plans under UK legislation.

• repare, review, and provide quality assurance for ecological reports such as Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA), BNG assessments, and Nature Conservation (NC) reports.

• entor junior team members and facilitate internal knowledge sharing across global ecology teams.

• ontribute to proposal writing, client engagement, and business development activities.
