This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
As the Client Onboarding Specialist, you will administer our contract process, onboard new customers, and engagements with a handshake between sales and delivery, set up projects in our Workday PSA tool, and special projects for the Transformation Business Excellence team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for creation and setup of customers and projects based on allocation of work.
Create and maintain templates in Workday.
Responsible for creation of revenue and billing schedules needed for Workday PSA tool.
Ensure all required contracts (Engagement Letters, Statements of Work, Change Requests) information needed for resource forecasts and workforce planning is captured. Contract information to include key terms and duration of contract required for Workday PSA tool.
Ensure required engagement documents are signed, stored in the appropriate location and setup projects in our internal systems.
Recommend procedural and systems changes that will deliver quality service to customers.
Onboard new customer onto the Armanino Access App. and respond to customers with onboarding questions.
Create operating procedure documentation for all onboarding processes
Export, review, update transform and import data from and into appropriate systems.
Assist in developing the strategy for customer creation and maintenance.
Manage annual rollovers and renewals of recurring projects and engagements.
Adjust system data to ensure accuracy.
Administer users on internal systems.
Identify and help improve processes and standardizations.
Assist in deploying firmwide transformation initiatives that align with our 2025 Vision.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Experience working in multiple software systems daily
Experience working cross functionally with internal resources and multiple business units
Ability to multi-task on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Workday experience is preferred
Experience with customer onboarding preferred
Experience within the professional services environment is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
