Aesthetic Physician

About the Role

GloriDerm Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a skilled and confident Aesthetic Physician to deliver modern, safe, and result-oriented cosmetic treatments. The ideal candidate must have strong clinical knowledge, hands-on experience with aesthetic procedures, and excellent patient counselling abilities. Training will be provided for advanced technologies and techniques.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Services

• Perform aesthetic procedures including:
• Botox / Dermal Fillers
• Chemical Peels
• PRP / GFC
• Laser Hair Removal
• Pigmentation & Acne Scar Treatments
• Skin Tightening (RF/Ultrasound)
• Anti-aging & Facial Rejuvenation therapies
• Conduct patient assessments and create personalised treatment plans.
• Monitor treatment results, manage follow-ups, and adjust protocols when required.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilisation, and safety protocols.

Patient Interaction & Care

• Provide detailed counselling on procedures, risks, aftercare, and realistic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress documentation.
• Ensure a premium patient experience at every touchpoint.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with dermatologists, cosmetic gynecologists, laser technicians, and front office staff.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain professional communication and teamwork culture.

Compliance & Quality

• Follow clinic SOPs and industry-standard aesthetic guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest aesthetic treatments, technologies, and trends.
• Ensure ethical practice and patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBBS degree (mandatory).
• Fellowship / Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine or Dermatology (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with injectables and lasers is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and patient counselling skills.
• Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail.
• Professional, ethical, and patient-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
