We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads and converting them into successful student admissions for our partnered universities and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
  • Provide accurate information about available courses, admission criteria, and application processes.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission conversion targets.
  • Build a strong rapport with students and parents, ensuring a smooth admission experience.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
  • Required Skills:
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in education counseling or admissions.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills (Hindi + English).
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
  • Prior experience with lead conversion is a must.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

  • 1-5 years of experience in education counseling, student admissions, or EdTech sales.

Industry Background (Preferred):

  • Education / Training / EdTech

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi both)
  • Proven experience in lead follow-up and conversion
  • Ability to meet daily/weekly targets
  • Quick learner with knowledge of courses, career paths, and student psychology

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA, or similar)
  • PGDM/MBA (optional but preferred in Counseling, Sales, or Education Management)
