Core responsibilities

  • Project oversight: Manage and supervise the day-to-day interior site activities to ensure smooth execution.
  • Quality control: Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the specified standards and design drawings.
  • Coordination: Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and project managers to address site-related issues and coordinate work.
  • Schedule management: Interpret project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and ensure the project is completed on time.
  • Technical interpretation: Accurately read and implement plans, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
  • Resource management: Supervise and manage the workforce, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
  • Safety and compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site rules.
  • Documentation: Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and site instructions.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and resolve any technical issues or delays that arise during construction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
