About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our services, and converting leads into clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong convincing power, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our services.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with existing leads to ensure conversions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations with confidence.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to repeat business.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion and convincing abilities to close deals effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (graduate/fresher with strong communication skills can apply).
