Qualification -
•Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science discipline.

  • Prior experience in QA/QC documentation, laboratory administration, or technical procurement is preferred.

  • Good understanding of laboratory equipment, testing methods, and technical documentation standards.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills for dealing with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the technical specifications and details of products, raw materials, and analytical data to support quality and documentation processes.

  • Prepare and test reports, data sheets, and quality certificates

  • Assist in developing and updating quality documentation such as Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA).

  • Source and purchase laboratory equipment, instruments, and materials as required, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for quotations, technical clarifications, and procurement-related requirements.

  • Ensure all laboratory equipment and instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use through coordination with internal teams and service agencies.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills to efficiently handle documentation and procurement responsibilities from the office.
