Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Web Penetration Testing Intern located in Bengaluru South. The intern will be responsible for conducting thorough web application penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing web applications for security flaws, creating detailed vulnerability reports, assisting with remediation efforts, and supporting the implementation of security best practices. The role involves working closely with senior team members to provide security insights and recommendations tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Web Analytics and data interpretation for security assessments.
  • Familiarity with Web Design and Front-End Development, with an understanding of common web vulnerabilities.
  • Experience or interest in Web Development and the use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
  • Effective communication skills to clearly document findings and collaborate with team members.
  • Basic understanding of information security principles and methodologies is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and exploring the field of information security.
