About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
3D Motion Graphic Designer
to join our visual content team. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in creating high-impact, visually immersive content—particularly anamorphic and experiential visual designs—for corporate events, product launches, and large-format displays.

You will play a key role in transforming event concepts into engaging 3D visuals that captivate audiences and align with brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Motion Design & Animation

  • Create high-quality 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual content for events, presentations, brand videos, and immersive screens.
  • Develop visually compelling layouts, transitions, and motion sequences aligned with brand and event themes.
  • Work with tools such as
    Blender
    and compositing tools like
    After Effects
    .

2. Conceptualisation & Creative Development

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to convert ideas into motion-driven concepts.
  • Develop mood boards, style frames, animatics, and visual explorations to guide creative direction.
  • Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, and the creative lead to maintain visual consistency.

3. 3D Asset Creation & Integration

  • Create and optimise 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and scenes for motion sequences.
  • Integrate 3D elements with live-action footage, environments, or stage designs.
  • Maintain quality, real-time rendering efficiency, and smooth workflow.

4. Video Editing & Compositing

  • Edit sequences, add VFX, compositing elements, and finalise outputs for client presentations and event deliverables.
  • Prepare video assets for multi-screen, LED walls, projection mapping, and social media formats.

5. Project & Workflow Management

  • Work closely with creative, production, and client servicing teams to understand requirements and deliver on time.
  • Manage files, software versions, and project frameworks for seamless workflow within the studio.
  • Deliver high-quality output under tight timelines with attention to detail.

Key Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in
    Blender
    (modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation).
  • Advanced knowledge of
    Adobe After Effects
    (2D motion graphics, compositing, animation).
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Professional Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in motion graphics (preferably in the event/visual content industry).
  • A strong showreel demonstrating 3D + 2D motion graphics for large-format or event-based content.
