Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced AR Callers specializing in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB) to join our dynamic RCM team. Candidates must have prior experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management, especially in denial management, insurance follow-up, and claims resolution.

Freshers and candidates from non-RCM backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with insurance companies via phone calls for claim status.
  • Analyze and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments.
  • Document actions taken and follow up as required.
  • Work on aging reports, prioritize claims nearing timely filing limits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex claim issues.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance and client protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an AR Caller in PB or HB domain (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare RCM processes.
  • Experience handling commercial and government payers.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with medical billing software (e.g., Athena, Kareo, Epic, eClinicalWorks, etc.)
  • Understanding of ICD-10, CPT codes, and modifiers.
