Position Overview

We're seeking a 
Graphic Designer / Illustrator
 who specializes in t-shirt and apparel graphics. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you'll work closely with our seasoned staff to produce standout designs—ranging from clean, single-color layouts to detailed, multi-color illustrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original t-shirt graphics in a variety of artistic styles
  • Apply strong skills in composition, illustration, typography, and color
  • Follow creative briefs, written instructions, and visual references accurately
  • Adapt and refine designs based on feedback and production requirements
  • Assist with additional graphics needs, including web, social media, and signage design when needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong illustration and design skills across a range of styles
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Attention to detail in preparing artwork for screen printing and embroidery
