Responsible for design, facilitation and implementation of existing / new process in production / assembly lines

Responsible for study and implementation of capacity management activities for planned and projected product development / production requirements & business objectives

Plan, develop and implement projects to improve productivity, process efficiency and deliver yield improvement

Ensure documentation of processes in authorized formats / Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) guidelines and provide inputs / feedback on process improvement activities.

Key purpose:

The Process Engineer is responsible for designing and developing manufacturing / assembly processes for existing and new parts / components production, with strong adherence to the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. Instituting and implementing process improvements to address increased levels of productivity, quality and cost reduction is critical to the role holder.

Machining and Assembly such as Turning, Milling, HMC (Horizontal Machining Centre), VTL (Vertical Turning Centre) and Sub Assembly process experience is a mandatory requirement to the role holder.
