Position: Recruitment Specialist (Full‑time, on‑site)

Location: Panaji, Goa, India

Role Summary

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for hospitality clients, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, coordinate training, and work closely with internal teams to deliver efficient, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify staffing requirements and devise targeted recruitment plans.

• Source, screen, shortlist and interview candidates for a range of hospitality roles.

• Extend offers, handle negotiations and manage the onboarding process.

• Organise and facilitate training sessions for new employees.

• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to ensure expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within hospitality.

• Strong interviewing and candidate‑evaluation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience designing or delivering training programs is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.

• Prior exposure to the hospitality industry is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
