Job Description:

MUST HAVE Mandatory skills for this position

• Hands on experience with Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM) for moving Finance / OTC / Logistic Objects

• Experience with any or combination of below migration tools (SAP BODS / Information Steward / Syniti ADM / Winshuttle etc.

Skills Required

• 7+ years experience with SAP data migrations

• Should have independently handled Data Migration activities in at least 1 project

• Good understanding of conversion tools, methodologies and best practices for Data Migration

• Experience with at least one data migration tool

• Data migration cockpit knowledge preferred, but not required

• Experienced with managing data migration design and development.

• Experience with managing mock data migrations cycles and data migration cutover to production.

• Functional SAP experience.

• Solid analytical / problem solving skills.

• Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to be flexible and work under high pressure in a complex environment.

Responsibilities: Duties include but may not be limited to

• Support functional Data Migration Team in design and gap analysis project.

• Compile and confirm Data Object Inventory.

• Fine tine Data Migration design schedule.

• Work closely with Data Migration Team and Functional Team to coordinate data mapping, transformation and validation rules for different data objects from legacy systems to SAP.

• Provide guidance to Business in data harmonization and data cleansing.

• Advise Business on options, risks and any impacts related to data conversion.

• Provide day-to-day leadership of data design activities including tracking progress.
