Job Title: Automation Specialist

Location: Dehradun, Uttrakhand

Salary: INR 12k - 18k/month

Shift commitment: 10 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities:

• Convert raw data from various sources into structured formats for analysis and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards that provide a clear representation of key metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify their data visualization needs and tailor dashboards accordingly.
• Design and implement automation workflows to facilitate seamless data transfer between systems.
• Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies or issues.
• Implement data cleaning techniques to enhance data quality.
• Assist in training team members on new automation tools and dashboard functionalities.
• Provide comprehensive reports on data processes and automation efficacy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation and data visualization.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, B.tech, BE, BCA, or a related field (an equivalent course or practical experience will also work).
• Basic understanding of data analysis and experience in working with data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker) is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) is desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software for data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
