  • Cost Management: Send Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to vendors for new parts or ECNs, and estimate costs for new parts.
  • Costing and price settlement of Forging and machining parts based on Zero base costing and company target.
  • Manage new supplier introduction process.
  • Drawing feasibility review in terms of material availability, cost, quality, manufacturability, process optimization, and productivity.
  • Estimating manufacturing costs for jobs with the help of quote analysis and cost comparisons.
  • Hands knowledge of Sheet Metal machining, Fasteners or  auto components preferably.
