We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate [ARCHITECT/INTERN ARCHITECT] to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring all designs are functional, safe, aesthetically pleasing, and meet client objectives and regulatory standards.   • Design and Documentation: Lead the creation of conceptual designs, schematic designs, design development, and construction documentation using [List primary software, e.g., Revit, AutoCAD,].
  • Project Management: Manage project phases, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, interior designers) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, consultants, and governing agencies).
  • Code Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and national building codes, zoning ordinances, and ADA requirements.
  • Client Relations: Present design concepts and technical documentation to clients, incorporating feedback effectively and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Construction Administration: Conduct site visits, review submittals, answer Requests for Information (RFIs), and provide construction oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
