Maintain accurate, up -to -date program documentation.Draft notes, prepare decks, and support the development of reports and donor -facing materials.Own and execute routine but critical operational processes and procedures.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving day -to -day programmatic challenges.Collaborate with internal teams (programs, product, communications, etc.) to ensure effective coordination.Track progress, flag risks or delays, and support reporting to the team.Support planning and logistics for key meetings, reviews, and events.Take initiative to improve workflows, documentation standards, and internal knowledge sharing.Remain adaptable and responsive to emerging program needs. Requirements2–3 years of relevant work experience in program operations, coordination, or project support.Excellent communication skills — both written and spoken English.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities.Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).A proactive, operations -focused mindset with strong problem -solving ability.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Eagerness to learn and grow in program management.Comfort navigating ambiguity and learning on the go.Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience in program management, operations, or development sector roles.
