We are looking for an experienced
WiFi Software Engineer (Linux/Android)
with strong expertise in WiFi technologies and automotive infotainment environments.

Experience

6–8 years
developing software components in WiFi technology for Linux/Android platforms

Required Skills

  • WiFi Protocols n/ac/ax)
  • Linux / Android Networking
  • C / C++ / Java
  • WiFi Security (WPA2 / WPA3)
  • Android AOSP


Mandatory Requirements

Must be
currently based in Chennai
& available to join
immediately

Must be from
Automotive / Manufacturing Industry


Strong programming skills:
C, C++, Java (Min. 2+ years)

Experience developing WiFi standards:
802.11n / 802.11ac / 802.11ax

Hands-on in building:

  • WiFi Access Point (AP)
  • WiFi Station (STA)
  • WiFi Direct
  • Experience with
    Android AOSP / Linux-based infotainment & build environments

Candidates from the following will be preferred:

Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek, Intel, Samsung, Murata, Infineon, Cypress, NXP

Technical Expertise

Experience developing WiFi standards: 802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax

WiFi security: WPA2, WPA3

WiFi AP / STA / WiFi Direct

Strong knowledge of
Linux & Android Network Stack

Sniffer log capture & PCAP analysis

WiFi Alliance Certification experience

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering – CS, ECE, or related field
