About the Role

We are looking for an innovative 
Digital Marketing Manager
 to lead our growth and performance marketing initiatives using cutting-edge 
AI-driven strategies
. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and hands-on expertise across SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, content, and automation.

You'll drive measurable results across digital channels, leveraging 
AI tools and data insights
 to optimise ROI and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 
    data-driven digital marketing strategies
     to drive awareness, traffic, and qualified leads.
  • Plan and manage 
    performance marketing campaigns
     across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Use 
    AI and automation tools
     (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Google AI tools, etc.) to streamline content, targeting, and campaign optimisation.
  • Lead 
    SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
     efforts to build brand authority and improve conversions.
  • Track, analyse, and report on 
    key metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, CVR)
     via GA4, Search Console, and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure 
    brand consistency and message alignment
    .
  • Implement and manage 
    marketing automation and personalisation workflows
     through CRM and AI platforms.
  • Stay current on 
    digital and AI marketing trends
    , integrating innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage and mentor a small team or external agencies to deliver 
    high-quality campaigns on schedule.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in 
    Marketing, Business, Communications
    , or related field.
  • 4+ years
     of proven experience in 
    digital marketing
     (preferably in a B2B or tech-driven environment).
  • Proficiency in 
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM
    , and marketing automation.
  • Strong command of 
    AI-powered marketing tools
     (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Midjourney, Notion AI).
  • Expertise in 
    Google Analytics (GA4)
    , Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong understanding of 
    funnel optimisation, content strategy, and lead nurturing
    .
  • Excellent 
    analytical, communication, and leadership
     skills with a growth mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with 
    AI-driven personalisation
     and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of 
    CRM tools
     (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho Marketing Hub).
  • Familiarity with 
    A/B testing, CRO, and marketing automation
    .
  • Certifications in 
    Google Ads, HubSpot, or AI marketing platforms
     are a plus.
