Project Manager – Content Production

About This Role

Lead and manage end-to-end production across multiple pods and shifts, ensuring timely delivery of daily video targets. Coordinate between various stakeholders: creators, content leads, DOPs, editors, art department, and client teams. Set and maintain daily schedules, ensuring clarity across shifts, booths, and teams. Establish and enforce on-ground protocols covering logistics, discipline, set transitions, creator management, catering, and hygiene. Preempt operational challenges and implement solutions to avoid downtime or workflow disruption. Oversee on-site logistics including phone security, studio upkeep, catering coordination, booth turnover, and safety measures. Monitor internal and client-facing communication through structured reporting and live updates (WhatsApp, trackers, and daily reports). Collaborate closely with senior management and content heads to align on KPIs and performance tracking.
