Role Description

We are looking for experienced IT professionals (8+ years real-time experience) to join us as Online Technical Trainers across multiple technologies.

In this role, you will deliver interactive online training sessions for students and working professionals. You will design course content, explain real-time scenarios, guide learners through projects, and ensure they gain practical, job-ready skills with resume preparation.

This is a flexible, online training role suitable for senior professionals who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of real-time industry experience in the relevant technology

  • Prior training experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct structured online sessions and simplify complex concepts
  • Willingness to guide learners on assignments, projects, and interview preparation
  • Strong passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals
