We have Urgent Requirement for Account Executive

Experience - 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • GST Filling GSTR 1; GSTR 3B
  • TDS Payments ; Returns filling
  • Accounting in tally prime 9.0
  • Preparing PF, PT; ESIC Summary and make payments
  • Assist in day-to-day financial transactions, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger and bank statements
  • Process invoices, credit notes, refunds, and expense claims
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., customer service, warehouse) and external vendors
  • Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance-related activities
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
  • Help implement and maintain financial procedures and controls
  • Assist in monthly payroll and related compliance

Requirements

Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum two years of experience in accounts
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, etc.) and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
