Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Professional to lead our IPO Advisory Vertical at our South Delhi office. This is a high-impact leadership role for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in investment banking, IPO advisory, Structuring, Valuation, Due diligence and capital market transactions. The ideal candidate will drive our IPO engagements, ensure seamless execution of complex financial processes, and contribute to the firms growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IPO Advisory Engagements: Oversee end-to-end IPO processes, including pre-IPO planning, due diligence, DRHP preparation, and post-IPO compliance with SEBI and stock exchange regulations.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop robust financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch decks to support IPOs, M&As, and fundraising initiatives.
• M&A and Restructuring: Advise on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and strategic planning to maximize client value.
• Fundraising Expertise: Drive private equity, venture capital, and other fundraising initiatives, including preparing Information Memorandums (IM) and engaging with institutional investors.
• SEBI & Compliance Leadership: Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines, stock exchange requirements, and corporate governance standards, including board structuring and shareholder rights.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored solutions and compelling investor communication strategies.
• Pitch Deck & IM Development: Create high-impact pitch decks and Information Memorandums to attract investors and stakeholders.
• Market Insights & Strategy: Provide strategic insights on market trends, capital structuring, and investor expectations to position clients for success in public markets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS)or MBA from reputed Institute or any other combination
• Experience:
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, IPO advisory, M&A, restructuring, and capital market transactions.
• Proven expertise in SEBI compliance, DRHP preparation, financial modeling, and fundraising (private equity, venture capital, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in preparing pitch decks, Information Memorandums, and managing due diligence processes.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, investors, and regulators effectively.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, with a track record of driving successful outcomes in high-stakes projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliance, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Location: Willingness to work from our corporate office in South Extension Part II, South Delhi.
