About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in IT sales and freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in generating leads, handling clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru.
  • Work on lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and align client expectations.
  • Handle negotiations, closures, and client follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales.
  • Strong exposure to Python, AI/ML technologies, and Web Development projects.
  • Prior experience working on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and manage client accounts independently.
