We are looking for a skilled
Chemist experienced in ICP and used oil analysis
to join our diagnostic laboratory team.The candidate will be responsible for conducting elemental analysis and supporting overall condition monitoring activities for lubricating oils and related fluids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform elemental analysis using ICP and related standards.
  • Conduct routine oil condition monitoring tests such as: Viscosity, TAN, TBN, FTIR, Water Content (Karl Fischer), PQ Index, etc.
  • Handle sample preparation, calibration, and maintenance of ICP instrument.
  • Ensure accurate data recording, verification, and quality control as per ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
  • Maintain calibration records, reagents, and preventive maintenance logs.
  • Support report preparation and technical discussions with supervisors or clients when needed.

Requirements
:

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in operating ICP (Agilent, PerkinElmer, Spectro, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of calibration standards, quality control, and method verification.
  • Language - English, Hindi & Tamil
