Company Description

P S Rolls Private Limited specializes in manufacturing induction hardened work rolls and backup rolls, as well as other mill rolls such as leveller, pinch, levelling, and straightener rolls. Our product range includes rolls with diameters from 25 mm to 900 mm and lengths up to 5500 mm. We also produce shafts, piston rods, slitter shafts, pins, bushes, and fabricated rolls.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Plant Head at our roll manufacturing unit located in Fatehgarh Sahib. The Plant Head will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure quality control, and optimize production processes. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing management and plant operations
  • Strong knowledge of quality control and production optimization
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in equipment maintenance and safety standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Experience in the roll manufacturing industry is a plus
