We are seeking a dedicated Accountant cum Travel Consultant, preferably located near Kanjirappally, Kerala, who is interested in a long-term position at our office ,someone who can manage basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking, while also coordinating travel bookings, itineraries, and travel budget monitoring. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and travel budget monitoring.
  • Maintain financial records and assist with financial reporting.
  • Support management with administrative and travel-related duties.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts payable/receivable
  • Bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Expense tracking (especially travel-related expenses)

Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Planning and booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
  • Creating itineraries for clients or employees
  • Advising on travel destinations, regulations, and budgets
  • Handling travel insurance and documentation
  • Managing travel budgets and reporting on travel expenses
  • Coordinating group or corporate travel logistics

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of software (Excel, Word , Internet surfing , )
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
