KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with clients and subject entities to collect necessary documentation for report preparation.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal business partners to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates on D&Bs CRM platforms.
  • Review and verify documents received from corporate clients and business partners before processing.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to expedite project closures.
  • Act as a point of contact for client interventions to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and share weekly MIS reports with clients; conduct follow-up discussions to review project progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Analyst team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are completed within the defined SLA, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Coordinate with Sales and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Organize and facilitate weekly or bi-weekly calls with clients and Sales teams to address pending items and provide project updates.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in client coordination, project support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and balance sheet analysis.
  • Confident in external communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work from the office five days a week, with flexibility during peak periods.
