Location: Mysuru/Bangalore

Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Implement HSE programs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard identification.
  • Monitor safe execution of work during installation, construction, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
  • Review and evaluate Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) documents.
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns for staff and contractors.
  • Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; follow up on corrective actions.
  • Verify compliance with LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), confined space entry, hot work, working at heights, and other critical safety controls.
  • Support emergency preparedness planning and conduct mock drills.
  • Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, chemical handling, and emissions.
  • Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare weekly/monthly HSE performance reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and contractors to ensure safe execution of activities.
