Job Overview:

We are hiring a WordPress Developer & Website Designer who is passionate about building fast, responsive, and visually appealing websites. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 years of experience who want hands-on exposure in WordPress development, Elementor design, and website optimization.

You will work closely with SEO executives, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality WordPress websites for multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop WordPress websites using themes and page builders (Elementor preferred)
  • Customize WordPress themes, layouts, and UI components
  • Ensure websites are responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Optimize website speed, performance, and basic SEO structure
  • Implement contact forms, booking forms, and lead capture forms
  • Integrate plugins for security, backups, caching, and SEO
  • Perform website updates, bug fixes, and regular maintenance
  • Coordinate with SEO and content teams for proper on-page implementation
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and clean design standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • Experience with Elementor or similar page builders
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP (preferred)
  • Knowledge of website speed optimization and mobile responsiveness
  • Familiarity with popular plugins (SEO, security, cache, forms)
  • Basic understanding of on-page SEO principles
  • Eye for UI/UX design and layout consistency
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0–1 year experience as a WordPress Developer or Web Designer
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce is a plus
  • Knowledge of website hosting & cPanel is an added advantage
