  • Proficiency in ECG interpretation and management of cardiac emergencies.

  • Ability to work effectively under stress and in critical care settings.

    • 24-hour rotational duty shifts, including night and weekend coverage.

    • Exposure to high-stress emergency situations and infectious diseases.

    • On-call duties as required.

      • Provide round-the-clock coverage for patients admitted to the LTCCU, including post-transplant, pre-transplant, and complex liver failure cases.

      • Monitor hemodynamic status, graft function, coagulation profile, renal and respiratory function continuously.

      • Manage post-operative complications, including bleeding, sepsis, acute kidney injury, hepatic encephalopathy, rejection, and multi-organ dysfunction.

      • Perform detailed clinical assessment, initiate treatment plans, and escalate cases to consultants promptly.

      • Administer and monitor inotropes, vasopressors, insulin infusions, blood products, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition) as prescribed.

      • Ensure meticulous fluid balance management and electrolyte correction.
