Service Engineer (Water Treatment / Chemical Engineer)
Base Location: Delhi NCR (Ghaziabad/Noida/Delhi/Meerut preferred)

Travel Requirement: Weekly visits to customer sites – Selaqui (Uttarakhand), Dahej (Gujarat), Taloja (Maharashtra)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer with a Chemical Engineering / Chemistry background to support our clients' water treatment operations. The engineer will be responsible for field sample analysis, chemical dosage optimization, and detailed reporting at customer sites. This is a field-intensive, client-facing role involving regular travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel weekly to client plants in Selaqui, Dahej, and Taloja.
- Collect and analyse water samples (process water, cooling water).
- Conduct on-site testing (pH, hardness, alkalinity, conductivity, chloride, phosphate, etc.).
- Recommend and adjust chemical dosing to maintain water treatment efficiency.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical service reports to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance during all site visits.
- Provide basic training/awareness to client operators on water chemistry and best practices.
- B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. or M.Sc. Chemistry. Chemical knowledge is must.
- 0–4 years of experience in water treatment, process chemicals, or related industries.
- Knowledge of field water analysis methods and chemical dosing practices.
- Comfortable with extensive travel by train. (minimum 15–18 days/month).
- Strong reporting, documentation, and customer communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in industrial water treatment programs (cooling towers, boilers, RO, ETP/STP).
- Ability to diagnose and solve water chemistry issues at client sites.
- Independent, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
