1. Ensure smooth operation of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
2. Monitor and respond to facility alarms, alerts, and emergency situations.
3. Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with maintenance teams as needed.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure facility operations meet organizational needs.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions.
7. Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
