Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Laravel Developer
with a strong foundation in PHP and Laravel, and hands-on experience with the
MERN stack (MongoDB, , , )
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, architecture, and maintenance of robust web applications, while also contributing to frontend and backend development across Laravel and MERN-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Laravel and MERN stack.
  • Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Mentor junior developers and help guide technical decisions within the team.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–8+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in Laravel/PHP framework and its ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
  • Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Familiarity with frontend tools such as Webpack, Babel, Sass, etc.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Good understanding of Docker, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Heroku is a plus
