The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the store meets its sales and branding objectives. This role involves maintaining visual standards, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
  • Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them through products and services.
  • Oversee product displays, visual merchandising standards, and also manage stationery items, electricity bills, and service/maintenance schedules for all showroom equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams, logistics, and inventory teams for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure proper documentation, Showroom feedbacks from customers and adherence to company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience in interior showroom management (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication, customer handling, and coordinating with other departments
  • Ability to multitask and maintain showroom standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
