About the Role

We are looking for a Project Head IT to lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS-based technology solutions and drive digital transformation through automation and AI/ML. The role requires strong technical expertise in MERN stack, Python, and leadership in managing cross-functional teams and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Define project scope, timelines, and budgets ensuring on-time, quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to align tech goals with objectives.
  • Provide architectural guidance for MERN, Python, and AI/ML-based solutions.
  • Oversee system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  • Manage and mentor teams across Development, QA, and DevOps.
  • Drive automation, AI/ML integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and DevOps pipelines.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in MERN stack and Python.
  • Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and data workflows.
  • Experience in cloud (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor cross-functional tech teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science is Mandatory
  • 7+ years in IT project delivery and leadership roles.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or ITIL certification preferred.
